Delivery Policy (for Products)
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2–3 working days of receiving your order. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a trusted courier service. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and order size.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We currently only deliver within the UK.
Returns & Exchanges (for Products)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] (or insert your preferred email). You will be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Non-returnable items include:
- Used/opened hair products
- Gift cards
- Personalized items (unless faulty)
Mobile Hair Services Policy
Hair By Michaela offers mobile hairdressing services across Lancaster and surrounding areas. Appointments are confirmed via call or message and include travel to your chosen location.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made later than this may incur a fee.
Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
