Cancellation Policy

At Hair By Michaela, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please note that for many appointments, I purchase supplies such as colour, bleach, and other materials in advance.
I understand that sometimes schedule changes are unavoidable, and I aim to be as flexible as possible. However, to protect my time and business, the following cancellation policy applies:
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
If you provide adequate notice (see below), your deposit may be transferred to a future booking, at my discretion.
Cancellation Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged the full appointment cost and may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.
