Cancellation Policy

At Hair By Michaela, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please note that for many appointments, I purchase supplies such as colour, bleach, and other materials in advance.

I understand that sometimes schedule changes are unavoidable, and I aim to be as flexible as possible. However, to protect my time and business, the following cancellation policy applies:


Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

If you provide adequate notice (see below), your deposit may be transferred to a future booking, at my discretion.


Cancellation Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full appointment cost and may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.
